Fried Gram Ladoo / Healthy Sweets for Kids / 

Roasted Gram Ladoo



Fried gram ladoo is a famous south indian ladoo variety made with 4 ingredients.

These sweets are very easy and  tasty and delicious one. Roasted gram ladoo are

 made during festival times.


Ingredients:

Roasted Gram - 1 Cup

Ghee - 5 tablespoon

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Milk - 4 tablespoon


How to make Fried Gram Ladoo:




1. Add sugar to a mixer jar make a fine powder.



2. Transfer into a bowl and add ghee mix well.

3. Add fried gram in to a mixer jar make a fine powder and transfer in to a mixing         bowl with sugar and ghee and milk  mix well.




4. The mixture should combine well and hold together when you press.





5. If the mix if little powdery and add a tablespoon of ghee and mix.



6. Take a handful off ladoo mixture in hand and make round balls to form a ladoo.        Enjoy the roasted gram ladoo.






7. Store ladoo in airtight container. It will remain fresh even one week.
