Chilli Mushroom / Mushroom 65

Mushroom Fry

    Chilli Mushroom recipe, restaurant style indian cuisine. Chilli mushroom is almost same as mushroom manchurian. It is a tasty and crispy. Mushroom 65 is easy to make and delicious to enjoy as side dish or snacks.




Ingredients:

Mushrooms - 200 grams

Corn Flour - 6 tbsps

All purpose Flour - 2 tbsps

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp

Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp

Salt - as required

Water - 1/2 cup to make a thick batter

Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp

Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp

Oil - as required


Prep Time  : 10 minutes

Cook Time : 15 minutes

Servings    : 2 people


Instructions:

  • In a bowl, add all purpose flour, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala salt and mix well. Add water and make a smooth thick batter.
  • Add the chopped mushrooms in to the batter and ensure its well coated.
  • Place each mushroom into the hot oil, reduce flame to medium high and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Fry the mushrooms in batches and transfer the fried mushrooms to a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
  • Serve the chilli mushroom hot, Garnished with chopped onion and spring onion greens.

How to make Chilli Mushroom recipe
