FALOODA RECIPE / ROYAL FALOODA
Falooda is very easy to make and delicious dessert.
Falooda is a rich, creamy and crunchy dessert.
Ingredients
Milk - 2 cups
Vermicelli - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Sabja seeds - 1 tbsp
Almonds - 1 tbsp
Pista - 1 tbsp
2 tbsp - fruits your choice
Vanilla Ice Cream - 1 scoop
How to Make:
1. Take a vermicelli, boil water and add to it. Water should be little more than the
immersing level.
2. Cook until soft. Rinse it well, drain and set aside.
3. Soak sabja seeds in water, strain and set aside.
4. Chop jellies.
5. Boil milk, let it simmer for 15 mins, Switch off and set aside to cool. Add sugar and mix well.
6. Transfer milk to a jug and refrigerate it.
7. Chill the glass you are going to use for serving falooda.
8. Add cooked vermicelli, chopped jelly, soaked sabja seeds.
9. Add fruits and nuts and chilled milk.
10. Finally add a scoop of ice cream, garnish with nuts, Serve Falooda ready.
