Egg Masala Fry / Egg Fry / Egg Curry

 

Egg Masala Fry


Egg fry masala is very easy to make and very quickly. It is very tasty recipe and

side dish for chapatti and meals.



Ingredients

Hard boiled Eggs - 5

Oil - 5 tbsp

Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp

Urud dal - 1 tsp

Chilli powder - 1 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Garam masala - 1 tsp

Salt - as per taste

Pepper - 1/4 tsp

Curry leaves - 2 springs

Coriander - little bit


Cooking Method :

Boil the eggs and remove the shell.

Cut them into half size.

In a pan add oil, mustrad seeds, urud dal and curry leaves and fry for a while.

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt.

Keep the flame in low and start frying for 30 sec to 1 minute only.

Add the egg now, fry a minute in one side first. Slowly turn to the other side and fry

 a minute and add pepper powder. Do this all in low flame.

Quick and Tasty Egg masala fry is ready to be served.
